If it is not possible to resolve the issue this way, we can travel to your location to assist you on-site.
If you wish, it may also be possible to set up a remote connection so that we can work on your computers from a distance. This is an invitation-only system – for your safety, you need to initiate this connection each time.
We also provide an advanced feature whereby technical problems can be reported through the Internet.
