‘Eulogica funeral software saves us time and money and gives us a more professional edge with everyone we are in contact with – ministers, clients, press, florists, and on and on!’ says Nick Armstrong in in Bury St Edmunds.

Armstrongs Funeral Service was started by Nick Armstrong in 1997 when he felt that families in Bury St Edmunds were missing out on the type of service only an independent family business can offer.

For the first few years they used a different software package and although at the time it saved them a lot of work, the support was not very good and Nick decided he wanted to change. He wanted a package and a company that could offer continuous support and maintenance for a tool he knew was a major part of his company.

Nick looked at most of the software packages available and after the demonstration of the Eulogica funeral software and the four step service (Analysis, Configuration, Training and Support), he decided that he thought this was the best funeral software solution for him. An initial analysis meeting was set up and the process of finding out Nicks requirements and configuring Eulogica to suit his company’s needs began.

‘Everything was configured just as we wanted it with the minimum of fuss. Extra letters and reports we required were all added,’ comments Nick. ‘The training was simple and straight forward because the software is written that way. Everybody in my company uses the software and we find it an invaluable tool.’

‘We have been using the system for approximately 3 years now and it is fantastic,’ says Nick. ‘There have been various updates which are installed and work straight away, unlike some other software packages we have tried. Also, when we do need any support, the remote support facility works like a dream and enables Eulogica Ltd to remotely connect up to us, but only on our request.’

‘Eulogica funeral software saves us time and money and gives us a more professional edge with everyone we are in contact with – ministers, clients, press, florists, and on and on!’

‘Almost all the people we deal with when arranging a funeral have commented on how professional and helpful our paperwork is now. Eulogica has allowed us to do so much more, in less time, and in a more professional way than before. Some of the templates included have allowed us to communicate more effectively and in ways we had never thought of with clients and suppliers. We have been able to incorporate our own “set letters” easily too.’

Eulogica Ltd has worked hard for three years to develop an innovative and high quality software concept for funeral directors in England, based on ten years of experience abroad. They have involved some key players from the funeral profession in their product development process and based on insights from this highly qualified group they have developed a brand new funeral software concept.

”What is really unique is that it can be custom built to every funeral home and funeral director’s needs,” says Gary Bakke, Marketing Director at Eulogica Ltd. “We have discovered during our in-depth analysis of funeral processes that every funeral home and funeral director has their own way of conducting a funeral. Our software has been developed in such a way that we can sit side by side with Funeral Directors and custom build the software in accordance to how they conduct their funerals. We believe the software should be adopted to the Funeral Director – not the other way round!”
