In view of the current situation regarding COVID-19, I would like to update you on Eulogica’s planning for the weeks ahead.
We are putting in place sensible measures to ensure Eulogica is well prepared.
We are focused on two things:
- The health and welfare of our staff and clients.
- Ensuring that our clients systems continue to be fully supported.
We have put in place systems and procedures that allow all relevant staff to be able to work remotely to ensure that resource is always available to support our clients. It should be remembered that Eulogica has been operating remote working for many years.
If the situation escalates, we will also consider postponing as much non-critical activity across our systems as possible, particularly our cloud platform.
I am confident that we will be able to continue to operate a near normal support service and we remain committed to supporting you as normal, for as long as required.
