Many Funeral companies do not wish to operate their own computer server, as this comes with many costs and responsibilities – management, security, backup and more. Eulogica offers a simple and affordable alternative – we can move your data and software to our Cloud servers, where we will look after it every day.
All of the usual Eulogica benefits are available – your business can still have its own Eulogica configuration in line with our principle that «every Funeral Director is unique». Not only Eulogica, but also other programs and data can be gathered in one place and made easily accessible through a single login.
With Eulogica Cloud, you can access Eulogica and your other programs from a wide range of devices, using our website or via a mobile app. You can use almost any type of computer, tablet or smartphone – regardless if it runs Windows, Mac OS, iOS or Android. [1]
With Eulogica Cloud, there is no need to worry about investments in infrastructure, or the limitations of servers or networks. The number of users can be scaled up or down on short notice – we will provide computing power as required.
Additional information
There are three Cloud options: Standard Cloud offers Eulogica with a free Office package and a basic e-mail client. Advanced Cloud also includes full use of Microsoft Office, as well as the hosting of other programs that you possess and wish to use. Finally, there is our Unique Cloud option for more complex needs.
Maintenance of the Eulogica software is also simplified with Eulogica Cloud. We take care of keeping the system up to date with the latest features, and can resolve most problems that might arise without having to access your local computers.

Security
As part of Eulogica Cloud, we ensure daily backups of your Eulogica data and other contents. There are also other security and maintenance systems in place on the server side, to ensure the software is available to you 24 hours a day. Our cloud servers are operated by an experienced partner company, as part of a secure data centre with state-of-the art infrastructure. This includes multiple fibre internet connections, redundant routers and firewalls, back-up power systems, physical sensors and cameras, multiple cooling systems, detailed log files, and other elements to ensure safe and stable operation at all times. Get started
To get started with Eulogica Cloud, just contact us and we will provide a Cloud Checklist. Follow the instructions and specify the required information – e.g. how many users will be connected and which programs you wish to move to Cloud.
We can then start configuring your solution, and normally it will be ready within two weeks. You will receive a set of usernames and passwords from us, then you’re good to go!
