New e-mail address and fax for support queries
Lately we have been looking at ways to improve the support that Eulogica Ltd offer for existing clients. We have decided to streamline this process by introducing a separate e-mail address as well as a new fax number for support and configuration issues.
The new e-mail address is support@eulogica.co.uk. This address is being monitored by several people and we endeavour to answer all queries quickly - no later than the next day.
More urgent issues, e.g. problems logging in to Eulogica, should always be reported by telephone (0845 351 9935) for the quickest possible reponse.
Please use the new e-mail address for any general queries you might have about the use of the Eulogica software, as well as requests for changes to your configuration, reports, etc.
There is also a new telefax number for this purpose, 0845 6532165. This is useful typically when you desire to make changes to documents and reports. Please mark clearly in the document what changes you require, make sure your company name appears in the document, and fax to this number. It can often be helpful to also attach a separate page with explanations, or to send an e-mail at the same time, describing your wishes.

A Eulogica installation is very much a live system which you will often wish to adapt to changes and new ideas in your business. Any requests that we receive about changes to your configuration now go into a database at our end. If you or your staff request many changes, we will be discussing with you at regular intervals how to best select, prioritise and implement changes.
For larger organisations with many requests, we can allow that you login to our system to get an overview of pending changes and their status. Feel free to contact us for more information if this is of interest.
